As someone who has not read the books, I was a bit confused by the Winterfell scenes. I assumed the Iron Islands guys burned it on their way out, but then where were the 500 men that were supposed to take it? So I kind of overlooked that.

The Winterfell burning wasn't explained well and I know what happened. Hopefully they clear it up early next season.

The Jon Snow angle is pretty easy to understand. He said 1 man inside the army is worth 1000 fighting against it, so he'll probably try to take it down from the inside.

Yea. Careful listening required...they discuss the plan in S02E08...

At first I thought Theon's troops burned down Winterfell when the left. But then there were none of Robb's army there, so I was a bit confused. But you guys are overblowing it, it's not such a big deal - just something that needs to (and I'm sure will) be explained when next season starts. Not everything needs to make sense immediately.

Also, don't have all the names down pat, but here's my list:

1) Tyrion's accented foreign girl
2) Redheaded wildling
3) Robb's girl

The Tudors girl is still that to me - a Tudors character. Once she shows up in a few more GoT episodes she will probably make the cut.

just read the chapter where it happened in the book, and it actually confused me more.. so.. i hope there's another chapter coming soon that explains that part to me..
