The alpha male showdown between The Hound and Brom was the most underrated part of the last episode. I'm kind of glad it didn't go down because I like both characters, but those generally tend to be my favorite scenes in the show (Jamie vs Ned, Jamie vs Robb, Brom vs The Hound).

I think that was more to show how Bronn is not afraid of standing up to anyone. Even the Hound. But is willing to drink with them when not fighting. Nice little character bit about him more than envy thing else.

Main thing I'm interested in is what Robb's next move will be. His story line was noticeably absent last episode.

sadly this show seems that NO loose ends ever get tied up until the VERY last season. who knows that is. looks like a 4 season show to me. but I have not read the books

I was watching a directors commentary where they said they have no idea how they're going to fit everything into 10 episodes each season from here out.

I hope that means more than 6 seasons provided the demand is still there.

Thrones gets 6 years and most likely Walking Dead gets a full 7.

that would be difficult with your book in hand so close. not that my thought matters but for me I would watch then read almost right after.

Just started A Storm of Swords. It's so much better not knowing what happens next. Love how it started out with a Jaime chapter.

rewatched the battle again. amazingly done.

i have to say, i have watched every episode twice this season and each time it has been better than the first time.

might have to go back to the books between this season and next season.
