40 years of Verne Lundquist at Augusta has come to an end.

50+ years he has been part of my sports consciousness. From being the anchor on the #1 TV station in Dallas to his time as the Cowboys play-by-play icon. Spent more than a few nights catching Cowboys games on Armed Forces Radio Network while stationed in England. An absolute legend.

The so-called experts at Golf Digest are all over Robert McIntyre(sp). I put a few bucks on him at +5500.

I put a little bit more money on Dechambeau and Morikawa at +1800 and +1600 respectively

I always bet on Finau, Fleetwood and Theegala in majors but skipping them this time around, so you know what will happen.

I always bet on Finau, Fleetwood and Theegala in majors but skipping them this time around, so you know what will happen.

I would love to see Finau or Fowler get a major, but it just feels like it isn't going to happen for either of them.

I'm going to say I think Aberg will win it.

Thanks to sports betting apps, I was able to place an even money wager over on 1.5 birds being struck and if Phil Mickelson has a close call choking on a chicken wing between holes 11-15, I make $18,400 on my $5 bet ($32,000 if someone has to do the heimlich).
