My view on the defensive holding. It probably was a little. I also thought Crabtree pushed off his helmet a little. I didn't want to see the refs give the 49ers four new downs on somethin that minor though. If anything, call offsetting and give them one shot. I am not sure if the ball was catchable. Does that matter in defensive holding or just PI?
Lewis was asked by Sharpe what he would say to the families of the two men who were killed in Atlanta in 2000. Lewis pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice after the incident.
“It’s simple," Lewis said in response. "God has never made a mistake. That’s just who He is, you see. And if our system – it’s the sad thing about our system – if our system took the time to really investigate what happened 13 years ago, maybe they would have got to the bottom line truth. But the saddest thing ever was that a man looked me in my face and told me, ‘We know you didn’t do this, but you’re going down for it anyway.’ To the family, if you knew, if you really knew the way God works, he don’t use people who commits anything like that for His glory. No way. It’s the total opposite."
So he essentially said that because he's had such a good career he mustn't be guilty, because God wouldn't let a bad person have success. Oh contrare Mr. Lewis. God isn't some karmatic figure. The world we live in has plenty of bad people being successful while good people suffer. God will use anyone to bring glory to him. Don't limit God's ability sir. And how dare you make yourself the victim to the family of people who were murdered. Gosh. His relationship with God is his own, I have no place to question that, but to think you are better because you think you have the best relationship with God is incredibly arrogant.

There aren't words in any language that describe how much I can't fucking stand that dude (Ray Lewis).
Let me see if I can't drive your hate level up another notch...
Leading up to the SB, I was driving to work, listening to sports radio. The local station had former Steeler LB Chad Brown on and they were discussing Lewis. Since brown was playing during Ray's best seasons, the host asked Brown if he knew something about Lewis that would surprise the listeners. Brown thought for a second, and the answer to the hosts question was, "Ray has a tattoo of himself on his body. Not his name, not some Chinese script, but an actual drawing of his likeness tattooed to his body."
Stay humble Ray.

So he basically didn't answer the question really, just hid behind a bunch of blathering about God.
Religious cop out bullshit
Seriously.

I'm alright if the guy wants to avoid the question, that's whatever...BUT, making himself the victim is just so freaking embarrassing.
And on that tattoo of himself he has a tattoo of himself on that tattoo, and on that tattoo he has another tattoo of himself on that tattoo!
I dont think there was anyone working in Baltimore on Tuesday.
The stadium was packed well over capacity, they had to stop letting people in. Its estimated there were 80,000 in the stadium and another 120,000 along the parade route.
I don't usually go to things like this but gave this some serious thought but by the time I could have left work the news reports stated most of the routes I would have to take were gridlocked. So I watched on TV.
Its odd. I never thought Baltimore would get another NFL team so you might think the first Super Bowl win for the Ravens would be the top for me. Not so. I don't know why but I am more happy and excited about this one. Maybe because of the way the season ended and how unexpected it was, not sure. Four days later I am still walking on air.
