Two comments: how, with first and goal at the five and 1:50 do you not run it? Two: that's defensive holding, sorry. I don't care about the circumstances, it's a penalty. Crabtree wasn't "pushing off" he was trying to escape the grips.

didn't think that ball was catchable. looked like it landed about 5 yards out of bounds. then again these guys are amazing athletes.

If I were trying to go get the ball on fourth and goal in the Superbowl and I'm being held I'll do anything and everything to get to the ball. And it was 100% catchable. He wasn't even looking for the ball, wrapped him up and pulled. That said, horrible, horrible management at the end by the 9ers. Jim got out done there.

He wasn't even looking for the ball, wrapped him up and pulled. That said, horrible, horrible management at the end by the 9ers. Jim got out done there.

even with the hold not sure i would call that at that point in the game. it was a piss poor play call, a terrible throw, it would have been an absolute bail out call and the ravens would have just as much a right to complain if not more. why not try to run it with a misdirection, read option, whatever. terrible play calling and did not deserve the bailout.


that said, baltimore did everything they could to try to lose the game after crushing it early.
