A useful idiot.
A lot of places, including doctor's offices, have cut back their hours "due to COVID". Service industry places like hair salons and auto mechanics. Mrs 43 has been trying for 2 weeks to get a haircut. She is in school every day from 7 to 5. All the places to get a hair cut are open from 10-4. I can see why you might want less open hours in order to keep your place clean, but why wouldn't you be open at times when your customers AREN'T working?
Agree with you on the hours. Reduced hours to cram more people into less time does not make shopping more safe. I argued at the start of the pandemic that longer hours and some incentives to shop later would have made more sense. Ex - "10% discount after 10pm" at grocery stores.
That said... a pair of clippers for about $30 from any major store and 15 minutes at home... problem solved on trying to get a salon appointment and your wife will LOVE it in the summertime.
It also opens up some interesting role play opportunities to spice up that love life.
You're welcome in advance.
