I saw Michael Shenker perform a couple of years ago (free tix, but man, for a 65 year old did he ever rock out for 2 hours).
anyway, his banter, in a thick german accent, was all about how his brother Rudolph stole all of his royalties and songwriting credit for the early scorpions stuff.
He introduced this song completely deadpan "Here is another song that i wrote, for which i received no credit".

RIP Ronnie Hawkins. aged 87.
Came up to Canada and basically became a mentor to a gazillion musicians.
His back up band, "The Hawks" turned into "The Band" (which is why they invited him to be on The Last Waltz)
others that came through his band later formed Crowbar and Janis Joplin's Full Tilt Boogie Band. Pat Travers, too

Catching up on the new season of Kids in the Hall, hadn't heard this song in probably 20 years and it crushed me with nostalgia. I can remember binge watching on Comedy Central during summer break as a kid and this took me back.

Basically the same. Definitely an acquired taste and still hit or miss but worth watching if you enjoyed the first go around.
