Thing is this...CT has no concealment laws. In MA you get a LTC (License to Conceal) and it not a option concealed means concealed..not riding out of your shirt because your to fat to hide it.

This one to me is weird. You can open carry in CT and he concealed it poorly. I need to do some research on why this was a arrestable offense.

lol, there isn't open carry in CT. I have my concealed pistol permit. You can get that shit revoked here in CT if it is noticeable through a shirt.

Yea, my bad, it's a completely seperate permit. I imagine it is extremely hard to get an open carry permit. I have my concealed carry permit.

If the theater has a no firearms policy and he brings it in anyhow, that alone would be arrestable, no?

(Note that it doesn't say that in the article, but movie theaters often have something to that effect posted.)
