They play @ South Carolina Thursday and then their final game Sunday vs Kentucky. If they drop both of those games, then they have to at least win 1 or 2 games in the SEC Tourney, IMO.

UNC beats FSU 72-70. Seminoles lost a chance to get a quality win.

I'm probably one of the very few who respects BYU for their decision. Even if you don't agree with the ideology, you got to respect the fact that a school stuck to their beliefs/conduct policy when it came to a high profile athlete on a big team.

posted this on the Nebraska board but how the fuck is Michigan even considered for a tournament bid

they have a lot of bad losses

and their best win is either

Michigan State? Clemson? Harvard? Oakland?

when Harvard is close to being considered your best win, that is pretty bad

Clemson and Memphis also have a lot of bad losses and in Clemsons case no good wins

Memphis has at least some good wins but they ruined all those by losing to ECU, Rice and UTEP in losing 3 of their last 4

but MWC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

San Diego State or BYU!

I forgot about the conference tourney....but has that ever happend?

I know it's happened that teams have played four times at least once: 1985 Georgetown-St. John's (Georgetown went 3-1). They played twice in the regular season, again in the BE Champ game, and again in the Final Four. I picked that year because 3 BE teams made the Final Four that year, so it was as likely as any, but I don't know if it has happened more than that.

Absolutely. I doubt any other school would have done the same. Kansas suspended one of their best players but he's still allowed to practice with the team.:L

I just look to the Ohio State thing...while I certainly don't think it was horrible that they sold some of their stuff because they don't make any money right now, I do think that OSU chickened out knowing that these players make them significant amount of money. They just criticized the NCAA instead for following the rules. Of course, my team is apparently full of crooks and gang-bangers who are constantly getting in trouble with the law (Pitt FB), but I darn well hope they get punished by the school for that too.
