I was in Nazzy's and Destroy's stomping grounds of Spokane last week, have you guys ever been to Sky High Sports? (indoor trampoline facility). What a fun place!

I've never been there, but have been by it a few times.

I'm sorry to hear that - I got pulled over by a Washington state trooper last week, but he let me off with a warning.

He'll get more than a warning. Robbery and heroin possession. I've heard at least 5 years is what he could get.

You know what sucks about all this performance-enhancing drug use.

I'd love to believe that Chris Davis is having a great and magical season and could break the record of 61 homers, but I just assume there's like a 95% chance he's using drugs to do it. So I don't really care.

And when I watched the Tour de France finish this weekend, I just assumed winner Chris Froome is a doper. Even though he came out right away and said he wasn't and has never failed a test. I've heard that somewhere before.

I'm generally an optimist, so it pisses me off that pro sports has made me so cynical. It's sad. I feel fortunate when I was a kid I had a real hero to cheer for in Cal Ripken, not some doped up guy like A-Roid.

The worst part of the whole frigging mess is that people are trending towards a "Well, no one follows the rule, so change the rule" attitude instead of a "Hey, here's an idea STAY CLEAN" attitude. Like the Chris Rock bit about guys saying they "take care of their kids". YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO THAT.

I would love for Crush Davis to be clean and get 62. Much like I'd like Froome to be clean.

I just don't feel it.

I know a policeman in Spokane WA. His wife and my wife have been very good friends since they met in Russia in 1989. Small, improbable world.

Personally I don't mind PEDs. When done correctly HGH is a miracle drug. At the end of the day sports is for entertainment purposes and "doping" creates the most entertainment. It would be better if they just allowed it and monitored it's use instead of having guys go under the radar and doing it themselves. I'm sure these 40+ year olds in the NHL are on HGH, same with guys in the NFL that have career ending injuries only to return in 6 months to have an MVP season. Obviously people will abuse it, but let's be honest, HGH is incredible. Everyone over 35 should be taking it.

I must be in the minority then. If everyone starts doing PEDs then I will quit watching. Doesn't matter the sport.

I'm with WW. I want to see athletes maximize their natural ability to play good, smart, skillful baseball, hockey, rugby, tennis, etc.

they should have 2 leagues in every sport and Olympics. Clean and PED based. Then let the fans choose which they will watch. I bet it will be the PED leagues but Ill stick with the clean

9.83* was another excellent ESPN 30 for 30 production - I think 6 of the 8 runners in the 100m final at the Seoul Games had tested positives for PED's either prior or post Olympics.

Not in the minority in the slightest.

Same here.

It annoys me how all of the backlash is on the athletes though. When you have tens of millions of dollars tied up in an athlete who plays for the team you own and you DON'T know everything he is doing then you are an idiot. These owners know everything that is going on and even when the guys like Bonds and Palmiero are taking the fall, they are still raking in the cash. Nike and Trek bikes went out of their way to cover for Lance.

I would LOVE to see competition bans for the teams these fuckers play for. A forfeit of profits for a season at least. Do I want to see the Orioles (or whoever) have to sit out a whole season because of ONE GUY? No. But if it holds the owners accountable for not approving of that culture, then I am all for that. Because I guarantee you the owners know who is juicing and they don't fucking care.

You don't stop a problem this big by punishing the end consumer. You attack the enabler.

How that network can be such crap in all aspects except 30 for 30 is a mystery to me.
