I think you mean Carson Daly.
Yes, he was on TV every day.
I think you mean Carson Daly.
I miss Johnny Carson with his Tea Time Movie skits, comeds.
/Most of the youngsters thinking "Who's Johnny Carson?"
What a second half the Rangers are having, though. Gonna be a tough out in the playoffs.

That's the fireworks guy in Cleveland who just fired off the boomies after Alex Rios of the Royals homered.
D'oh
Hey, why not move all Argos games out of the RC. While we're at it, let's move them out of the Greater Toronto Area, too!If the Jays go on a deep playoff run, there's a possibility two more Argos home games will need to be moved out of the Rogers Centre.
He went too high...that's what makes that horrible. Taking out someone's feet, so they tumble? Okay, but taking out their knee? Thanks for putting a huge dent in the Pirates postseason.
I want one right in Coglan's helmet. F that mother F'r!!
Kang is probably done for the year. He couldn't even walk.
Dammit
At the risk of incurring the wrath of Pirates fans, it's not as if the Cubs player went way out of the baseline to try to break up the double play (i.e. he was still within reach of the bag). That said, the slide was a little late and a tad high. Could Kang have done more to avoid contact, it's tough to say (the Cubs player was right on top of him).
/Just my 2 cents.
He didn't go way out of his way, but he did go out of his way to make sure he got him in the knee. Going in hard is fine, but the guy literally hit him in the worst possible spot. It's the equivalent to kneeing in hockey. Gonna make contact, decide to just throw your leg out there.
It certainly can be argued that he left his leg high on that slide. As evolver said, somebody is gonna get plunked.

Chris Coghlan as a rookie in 2009 ended an opponent's season with a slide. Almost two years ago to the day, Coghlan slid into second base trying to break up a double play in a game against the Tampa Bay Rays. Akinori Iwamura suffered a torn ligament in his left knee and missed the remainder of the season.
"Sure, it's come up," said Coghlan, who watched catcher Buster Posey fracture his left leg and sustain ligament damage on the collision with Cousins. "I talked to [Cousins] and sat next to him on the plane and got to share with him what happened. It's similar. It was my hometown team and a situation where you play the game hard and an injury happened.
