Nah a rule violation is a violation. I just think it shows how crazy the NCAA is about these rules. What's wrong with a coach giving money out of his salary to his staff members because the school wouldn't pay them? Seriously it's a crime to be a nice boss? At least it seems they are not going to hand out any bans or fines past a slap on the wrist and don't do it again.

Ummm... That's illegal. And possibly tax evasion. No offense, but this is pretty naive.
