The deer which Michael allows to get away was actually an elk - the same one often used on commercials for Hartford Insurance. The crew had a very difficult time trying to get the elk to look at them, as it was apparently used to various noises; it finally looked at them when someone in the crew yawned.

I wasn't trying to argue that point - sorry if it seemed that way. I agree (usually - The Thing being one exception and Jaws 3-d being another). I was just stating how I thought the remake was pretty decent too. Just makin' conversation.

Oh no, I knew you weren't. I wasn't arguing it either. I think most remakes are decent, because most remakes are made of movies that were pretty decent the first time around. I mean, I liked the remake of the Longest Yard, for example. But it's just so hard to best the original. I think part of it is that a remake loses the creative edge the original had.

Seems like in our attempts to be non-argumentative, we were argumentative. =P

Hm... neg repping is like sterically hindering the isomerization of an azobenzene. You have to go out of your way to do it and it legitimately has no benefit...

Neg reps are always unsigned. Like you said people hide behind the keyboard and I would respect them a lot more if they signed it and told me why. I would never ever hold a grudge just have the balls (or whatever) to sign the damn thing.

Like I said I will not lose any sleep over it. I think I have a good reputation here and think about the positives and not the negatives.
