Anybody suffer from this shit. I just got a minor case of it last winter... it went dormant over the summer, and is just now creeping back. Shit is pissing me off because it is so close to my tattoo. And fuck dermatologists, money grubbing douchebags. Just checking to see if anyone did anything to get rid of it... I'm gonna try not consuming dairy.

All kidding aside, why do you have a problem with dermatologists? That's a legit profession. Sure, some of them dabble too much in the cosmetic aspect, but I'm willing to bet that the majority of a derm's patient base are people with actual medical conditions that need help. Like eczema.

My dad suffered from eczema on his fingers for awhile. It was stress related because when he'd go on vacation from work for a couple weeks by the time his vacation was over the eczema was completely gone. But just a couple days after going back to work it was back. The dermatologists were never able to even diminish it let alone make it go away. It just went away on its own after several years. My dad has been taking vitamins, blood pressure medication, heart palpitation meds and exercising almost every day for the past few years so maybe those in some way contributed to it going away, but who knows. Good luck though, it's pretty nasty shit.

No, I know... I've been to several for Acne as a teen and now this eczema bullshit, and all the meds I have ever tried just make it not flare up, but never make it go away for good. I'm actually considering seeing a naturopathic doctor, and try fixing my shitty skin from the inside out. It's the only thing that makes sense to me.
