I can understand a team going after a guy if they have a plan, personally I think OEL + whatever pick they end up with is a better option then trading for the 1st pick...the Cleenex Cryotes are more then a top pick away from being relevant

It's not about being good. It's about selling tickets and jerseys. Home town kid playing for his hometown team. Not saying he won't be a good player just dumb reason to make a deal

Nothing with the Coyotes makes sense. They should have had a Dispersal Draft and got rid of all the players, burned the arena and all Coyote stuff with it years ago.
