I just read on CBS news that another bus company was shut down after one of their drivers killed 4 people. He is currently facing manslaughter charges. After they were shut down, they repainted their remaining buses and started up again under a new name. And were busted. Again.

This is about as bad as sleeping air traffic controllers...
