Goalie practice tonight. My son helped the coach demo a drill where the goalies had to T-push twice, then shuffle twice. then 180 turn, t-push twice, shuffle twice, etc. all the way across the goal line. Some of the mites and squirts were missing the 180 turn part, so as they went in front of him (facing away), he would put a catch glove on their shoulder and turn them around.

Then a 19 year old college girl who is a winger but her coach wants her to learn goalie so she can be emergency backup if needed. She's been practicing with his team a lot and she has taken pucks off the back watching him and not paying attention in drills. She goes in front, doesn't 180, so he grabs her by the hips and spins her. She looks at him and stumbles and falls on her ass. I could see him laughing from all the way up in the stands. After practice she is walking out, looks at him and turns bright red.

You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
