when the monopoly game first came out, the game pieces were on pull tabs, not attached to food or drink containers.I dont think I paid for McDonalds when I was in highschool. Our McDonalds was the Cassiar and Hastings location near the PNE and I swear to god, kids got jobs there for the sole reason to give out free food to friends. I think there was a running list of "which kid is next to apply for a job at McDonalds". That McDonalds location had the pies and the (employee) turnover
/btw ... anyone who says kids today are worse needs to re-evaluate their own childhood lol
I may or may not have frequently cooked a LOT of McNuggets just before close so I could take them home when they were written off as excess. A few of my friends always offered to come pick me up.I dont think I paid for McDonalds when I was in highschool. And when I worked at Hardees, they had a scratch off game for prizes and we accidentally discovered that when the cards were frozen you could see through the grey stuff. The manager had put the boxes of cards in the freezer.when the monopoly game first came out, the game pieces were on pull tabs, not attached to food or drink containers.
We used to go through the drive though and get a take-out bag full of tickets handed to us.
the deal was, share any big prizes (never happened), the free food was all ours. Ate for free for months.

In Canada, unlike the United States, there is no statute of limitations that prevents the prosecution of serious criminal charges at any time after the crime occurs. Anyone can contact the police in Canada to report a crime that took place years ago.
Thought I'd see if the same teachers were still doing football coaching at my HS (yup lol) and I came across that @dash 's favourite QB Nathan Rourke was QB there for three years before going to a school in the US. Thank you, Krispy Kreme.I was in high school and my school did this huge thing to get a shit ton of donuts and sell them in the caf for like 5x their sale price. Probably funded the football team for 5 years based on that one sale.
Ummmm, I thought Priscilla was the mother. She looks 25 years younger than Lisa Marie.
Maybe that’s what being married to MJ does to a person.
Hahaha, I almost posted that and then I figured either you or @dash would
