I don't know that you can say that about it. Bell just stayed home and Boyd didn't see it coming.

The key play that destroyed us was that muffed punt by Philly Brown.. the new biggest idiot on the planet. Had he just fair caught it I think we win. He had NO business trying to do anything w/that punt. He was going to get killed no matter what. I guess this if why Tressel didn't have a lot of trust in these kids and mostly told them to get the hell out of the way.

Our biggest problem is that Luke Fickell is the worst def. coord on the planet. Our guys just have NO idea what they're doing and where they're supposed to be on the field. Nothing will get better on D until Fickell is gone.

Clemson deserved to win, but a couple things that I wonder about:

If Guiton comes in at the end instead of a 50% Brax. But I respect Urban , he basically said Brax you got us here you win it or lose it.

Then injuries, I hate to say it, but it was rough. Two best defensive guys other than Shazier, Roby and Soence out. Our 3rd WR went out in the 1st, our starting TE went out in the 1st half, Bosa was off and on going out, and Brax 50% at best.

And maybe Tech wins (or at least doesn't get blown out) if 2 of our top DB's (both seniors), leading rusher, top TE and starting QB play the entire game.

Wasn't really much of a meltdown. But I was a little drunk and the officiating was the worst I've ever seen, so maybe I went a little overboard complaining about those lousy mother fucking officials!!

When push comes to shove, Braxton Miller is not a championship QB when it comes to passing. The Buckeyes might have had a better chance if Kenny Guiton had been in at QB on the final drive. Still, the better team won the game. That's all I can say.
