I could see us taking Collins in the middle of the 1st. He is like Saffold can play guard or tackle and is a road grader.

Yes, deep it is not. However there are some top level guys (McKinney,Thompson,Kendricks) I would love in the first two rounds and there are some guys who have played well in top programs (Derrick Malone) I would look at late,.

I was going to say the same thing about Collins. I think he won't be there in the 2nd in reality. He would go after Scherff,Peat and Ogebuehi so he would be there when we pick in the first. I also do not think Winston falls to #12, but then that is the point of fanspeak and first-pick, you can play fantasy!

There is actually a decent chance that Collins is a 1st rounder and Winston is a 2nd rounder. Remember, teams have to interview Winston.

I kinda look around the college landscape and I see a handful of elite guys and not a lot of depth.

Mariota, Gordon, L Williams, Ray and Cooper will be good in the NFL. After that, its a down year, imo. This is the perfect year to trade for a QB.

I am not sold on Mariota unless he's going to the Eagles. He has never taken a snap from center. Never had to do a 3 step or 5 step drop and throw timing patterns in the Oregon system. Plus I don't see the elite arm strength or accuracy. He may be the best athlete coming out but that sometimes doesn't matter at QB. I see Williams going 1st overall.

Here was my latest first pick draft. Traded down in first because there was nobody worth taking at #13

Round 1 Pick 22 (DAL): DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville (A)
Round 2 Pick 13: Brett Hundley, QB, UCLA (A)
Round 2 Pick 28 (PHI): Zach Hodges, OLB, Harvard (B+)
Round 3 Pick 13: Tre' Jackson, OG, Florida State (A)
Round 3 Pick 22 (DAL): Hroniss Grasu, C, Oregon (A)
Round 3 Pick 28 (PHI): Javorius Allen, RB, Southern California (A)
Round 5 Pick 13: Corey Robinson, OT, South Carolina (A)
Round 7 Pick 30: Julian Wilson, CB, Oklahoma (B)

Like someone already stated, the LBers are thin this draft. If you don't grab one in the 2nd round or sooner, you have slim pickings.

Angels lakers I like that. What are you all doing?!

So you all are trading down? That's probably not going to happen. I'm sure the simulator is addicting, but try to keep it real.

KSU i think ur smokin Pounds!! :wtf:

And this QB class is loaded.

Just stop with the trading for Hoyer already. :tb:

Snisher may go after a LB in free agency. ??

I did 2 trades.

I don't think trading down is out of the realm of possibility if the Rams stay around where they sit now. If they drop to the 17-18 range I think they stay put.

Why?? Because I do so much trading? Honestly, I am trying to project a way for us to at least get our 4th rounder back. I think if we can do that and draft smartly ( which I think Snead has been doing) we will be ok... let me try this again and see what we see.

Here is a more realistic draft. Only trade I made was in round 2. I traded from 13 to 17 and got a 4th, 6th and 7th.... Me likey this draft:suds:
Your score is: 4774 (GRADE: A-)

Your Picks:

Round 1 Pick 13: Vic Beasley, OLB, Clemson (A)
Round 2 Pick 17 (BALT): Cameron Erving, OT, Florida State (A-)
Round 3 Pick 13: Bryce Petty, QB, Baylor (B+)
Round 4 Pick 17 (BALT): Senquez Golson, CB, Ole Miss (A)
Round 5 Pick 13: B.J. Finney, C, Kansas State (A-)
Round 6 Pick 22 (BALT): Karlos Williams, RB, Florida State (A)
Round 7 Pick 18 (BALT): Leon Brown, OG, Alabama (F)

Me likey this draft even better... traded down twice in round 2.

Your score is: 5545 (GRADE: A)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 12: Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford (A)
Round 2 Pick 28 (SEA): Devin Funchess, WR, Michigan (A)
Round 3 Pick 12: Reese Dismukes, C, Auburn (A)
Round 3 Pick 22 (PITT): Bryce Petty, QB, Baylor (A)
Round 3 Pick 28 (SEA): Cody Riggs, CB, Notre Dame (A)
Round 5 Pick 12: David Cobb, RB, Minnesota (A)
Round 7 Pick 30: Aaron Davis, OLB, Colorado State (B+)

To me, if I was Snisher, THIS is what I would want to see coming out of the draft. Two stud linemen, another BIG PHYSICAL WR, an heir apparent QB who can handle things now if called upon, a RB to tandem with Mason, a cover corner and an OLB to replace Dunbar

Cameron Erving is interesting because he's listed as a OT but has been playing Center lately and playing very good there! Talk about a massive center. These offense of lineman that can play multiple positions are very valuable.

I agree we will make an O line splash in free agency (Iupati,Wiesnewski..someone) but we are going to lose Jake Long, Scott Wells AND probably Barksdale along with 2 guys from the bench. We will need to draft AT LEAST one stud OT and then depth at the interior positions.
Imagine if we signed Iupati AND Wiesnewski and drafted, say La'el Collins from LSU.
O line would be Robinson,Saffold,Wiesnewski,Iupati and Collins... YESSIR!@

that line would be awesome. don't forget Kendricks is a FA so we might have to look for a TE in the draft too. we should be ok at RB with Mason, bennie, stacy.
