Two listed and one honorable mention are contracts that the Jackets refused to give. And those three are guys that people were crying about "WHY WON'T STARS STAY IN COLUMBUS?"

Not sure I'd agree with Carey Price being on the list though. I mean yeah he makes a shit ton of money, but he's also far and away better than every other goalie except Vasilevski.

Is Vasilevsky’s contract on that list for some reason or are you suggesting Carey Price is the second best goalie in the league?

Good chance he’s the second best goalie on the Habs right now, let alone the NHL.

I think Trouba’s inclusion on that list is one of the more puzzling to me. He might be a bit overpaid but if so it’s by no more than a million AAV and he’s still only 26. He scored a bit more in Winnipeg but the Jets also didn’t have offensive blue liners like DeAngelo or Fox to carry that load so he’s in a bit of a different role. Otherwise his numbers aren’t that different and regardless of what Campbell says there he’s better than Neal Pionk lol
