True and sadly Rask would be a better d-man than Johnson.

It's a shame how the Penguins are giving up Jack Johnson. It's just terrible. He hasn't had a bad season. He's just not being used in the best way for him. He's not getting ice time in the right situations, and I know why. It has nothing to do with how he plays.

But if he goes to Minnesota, at least he can finally get to be part of that winning culture he so richly desires.

Since Shero last year all but said he doesn't believe in free agency I anticipate an impact trade for the Devils. I don't think it will happen but a Subban to the Devils trade makes a lot of sense.

I would prefer a Trouba trade since he's younger but that will likely cost more. With 3 2nds, 2 thirds and plenty of cap space I think the Devils need to take advantage of one of these cap casualty guys.

I don't think that's an accurate report.

Kessel waived away the trade because it didn't have mustard on it. GMJR just needs to get a bottle of French's and they're good to go!

There could always be more pieces. Vancouver could use help pretty much everywhere but they need defence in a bad way and Minny has some nice pieces there. Maybe Vancouver called about something centered around Dumba and Boeser and Minny tried to get them to switch to, say, Brodin and Zucker or something similar.
