my hatred for MY team clouds my judgement
I'm sure that was me. I definitely remember watching him get shellacked!I'm sure the beer was fine![]()

ah, so he's been letting the parents handle the finances again, eh.That house got foreclosed on. We're gonna put tigers in it so it stays empty.

So there's a pretty decent chance Colorado could draft 1-2 and start next season with a squad that has Cale Makar, Jack Hughes and Kaapo Kakko in addition to a roster that already has Rantanen, Mackinnon, Landeskog and Barrie on it.
If Montreal trades them Carey Price in the next two years, look out.

I hope so...So the dominant teams of the 2010s would probably include the Blackhawks, Pens, Kings, Caps, Canucks, and Bruins. Those teams account for all the Cups and all but two of the President's Trophies of the 10s thus far.
So who are the teams of the 2020s?
I'd say it's looking like Colorado, Tampa Bay, Toronto, and Columbus at this point. That a good list? Any others?
Maybe Edmo....(snicker)... Could be the Oi... I can't, I just can't.
The thing with those teams is only one of them (TB) has a sure-shit long-term goalie. So the dominant teams of the 2010s would probably include the Blackhawks, Pens, Kings, Caps, Canucks, and Bruins. Like many teams, their depth drafting has been pretty crap but can't really knock anything they've done in the first round since Sakic took over save taking Conner Bleackley when Pastrnak went two spots later.I'll just say this, for as much as we mock the Oil (led by yours truly), Colorado hasn't exactly been bereft of top picks over the last several years and that hasn't exactly translated into a lot of success thus far.
won't rule out Edmonton so long as McDavid's there (although he's probably going to have to smack the owner into getting a smart GM with full control of hockey ops for that to happen).
...As long as those two goofs are around, the Oil will continue to flounder.
That's everything. It may very well take McDavid pulling rank and doing an Eichel though and I'm not sure if the kid has that in him. Hope he does for his sake.I don't disagree, however will Katz see the light and get rid of the clown show known as Lowe and MacT?!? As long as those two goofs are around, the Oil will continue to flounder.
Hope he does for his sake.

Maybe. Mittelstadt will still need a couple of years and if they lose Skinner they're back to having a top line hole to fill externally at least until if and when Nylander can break into the team and make an impact.Buffalo.
True number #1C and potentially a generational defenseman. Throw in Reinhart and some other nice pieces and they have one of the best young cores, IMO.
Habs are on my list of "Teams that didn't get an interview with John Tavares" still if that helps.I'm not seeing the Habs on anyone's list. I guess no one noticed that they picked up Dale Weise and Nate Thompson....
