They didn't mention it in the article I don't think but this also speaks to why a hockey player of a certain age might have some trouble doing pull ups

I expect the Jackets to sign him to a one day deal so he can retire a Blue Jacket and then his number is first to the rafters at Nationwide.

To be fair, that's quite a chunk of change to walk away from - I think most players would do the same.
