I guess some Lightning scouts were at the Flames/Avalanche game last night - Likely just doing some advance scouting at the Bolts play the Flames on Tuesday.

/I wonder if the Avs would like to re-unite Drouin and MacKinnon?

Thought that too. I don't even know what goes back in trades anymore because nobody makes trades these days, but I'm guessing whatever Yzerman wants in return is going to be very steep.

What he wants and what he gets are 2 different things lol. Especially when its now public the player wants out. Tbays handling of him makes him look like spare parts. I saw comparables to nino and turris trades. Roster player plus a non first round pick ?

He can always point to stats like the chart you posted and just claim lack of roster space for the youngster. I have a hard time believing he'll let a guy who went third overall just a few years ago and for all intents and purposes looks like a capable NHLer leave for Clutterbuck 2.0.

The chart that shows him scoring at a comparable rate to guys like Barkov and Teravainen and getting much less ice time for it? I'm not sure that's the chart that Stevie wants to be waving around.

It's fair to question a lot of Yzermans moves...the Drouin situation has been pretty mystifying. The kid is producing and with limited minutes.
