I mean, Hamonic listed you as one of three teams and no other player since Cryin' Ryan Smyth has actually WANTED to go there. You should just, you know, make a deal

What amazing news....takes a little of the sting out of their ass kicking. My guess is Okposo is gone, Nielsen is back along with Matt Martin. Barzal very well could make this team out of camp. I'm also guessing that one of either Strome or Bailey are gone. Strome likely.

The points will be hard to replace but the need for people to play around JT has never been more great. Going to be a crazy off-season for the Isles.

I can guarantee that is absolutely what happened.

At the same time, if Edmonton had given them their first rounder and wound up where they did or higher they would've been kicking themselves so maybe it was a blessing in disguise.
