Wake up little snoozy, he'd be right up there with Kane if he didn't have a crap trap coach for first half of season and lamp posts on his wings.

/Besides, he's not completely back until he leads the league in secondary assists on the power play.

I like this angle better. Shows Folwer in full-on waterskiing mode. Sid reminds me of vintage Mario on this goal.

Maybe not as pretty as the McDavid moves against the Habs, then again, Crosby scored and McJesus didn't.

Throw back goal...reminded me of some vintage Mario stuff, except with Mario it was three guys hanging on for dear life.

Let it be known...I said vintage Mario before reading your post. Good to know it wasn't just me.

I think he's found his game again.

I really didn't think it was coming back, not to this level. I expected point per game Sid, or maybe just under that...not this version. I'm just enjoying the show, because I really thought it was gone and I had had taken it for granted. Been lucky enough to watch the guy for a decade, and it took until now for it to hit me that I've been spoiled and it's going away eventually.

Even when he wasn't scoring, you could see the elements of his game that made him Sid. The finish just wasn't there, either from him or from his line mates (or anyone else on the team, for that matter, except Geno). He'd hit posts or get robbed or push the puck just wide, but he was in scoring areas pretty often.

Then he started pressing and it got bad, as it always does when a player just can't find the net for a while. Once he got a few past goalies, the confidence came back, and this more open system is allowing him to thrive again.

Within how many points of Kane does Sid have to get in order for writers to change their Hart votes to him?

What's even funnier is the Leafs can't retain any more salary this season, so if this does come to fruition Sens would be eating 100% of his contract and the Sens don't have any contracts that really scare me.

Please god, please let this happen.
