No what I meant was that put West Coast teams on NBCSN more when they're on the road - so for example, if the Kings are on the East Coast, put them on NBCSN more because they like putting East Coast teams on more

What is the benefit to NBCSN for that? Building more east coast awareness of west coast teams doesn't do them much because most people aren't going to stay up until 1AM to watch their games when they're back on the west coast.

Besides, getting Center Ice is a better buy since there seems to be a lot better games on there than some of NBCSN's games - I'd rather watch a lot of the games on CI

For NBCSN it's probably not.

I'll bet they draw better ratings with the Sabres than they would for Kings v. Ducks, even though the latter is clearly a better game.
