His union will constantly appeal suspensions on behalf of those injuring him and those like him.

Blame the league all he wants but if players put more onus on the union to fight for tougher disciplinary measures a lot of this shit would disappear. That's their power here.

On the other side of that coin the Flyers would look a fair bit better with Makar, Heiskanen or Pettersson instead of Patrick. I mean Pettersson would look great riding the pine while Torts screams at him.

For starters lol

I always thought it was better than the ACC, much wider concourses (I was surprised when they announced they were going to renovate the ACC, I thought they'd just work out a deal to develop that land and build a new arena somewhere nearby). I'd put it over Vancouver too (Van needs a refresh in the worst way).

I didn't think Rogers Arena was that bad, but of course everything looks palatial when compared to the Saddledome - Ryan Henderson on Donnie and Dhali is always complaining about Rogers Arena though (seats are falling apart for one). For the Laver Cup, my seat was missing lol.

I only watched the first period and there were MANY empty seats, so a walkout may have not been very noticeable.
