Edit: Apparently, somebody at the hospital told Jusso to go back to his hotel and come back in a few hours when they were less busy. Yikes.

the trainers were asked to use their own card but since they could get points on it they declined to use them

dont they have their own doctors? but it sounds like the hospital effed this up more than the team
