1) are you telling me this game isn’t national in Canada?

2) and it’s airing at 10 eastern on a fucking Tuesday?

This league is the best.

That puck was luckier than this fan...

It's always amazed me that that dude was still on his feet after that. He made a poor life choice for sure but buddy can take a punch (or a couple hundred).

Looks like the Caps are getting a new barn in VA.

I used to mostly enjoy the trek to the Cap Center. I went to 10+ games a year.

Getting to Downtown was usually a hassle, so I only did it a few times a year. .

If I still lived there, there is no way I'd ever go to NoVa for a game. What a hassle. But who gives a shit about Maryland hockey fans amirite TED?

Pretty funny the opposite happening between the two national capitals.

Ottawa: "We need to move downtown to survive!"

Washington: "We need to move to the suburbs to survive!"

Calgary: Rink schmink.
Won't lie, would love it if the Canucks could move back to the PNE. I've turned down tickets a bunch of times this season because getting downtown is annoying as all hell here.

/Or just move to SURREY MEGASTADIUM!

Just for the record, Berube was the one who gave Binnington a long expensive contract. This is definitely what happened.

Baltimore Civic Center seats more people than the Coyotes current arena.
Many times over. I have not been to the completely remodeled Civic Center yet, but surprisingly have heard good things.

It could have NHL seating capacity if they just replaced the stage at one end with seats.

Of course, no skyboxes.

The NHL has its challenges to be sure, but overall I much prefer it to a league like the NBA.

How can a league be taken seriously when, one quarter of the way into the year, you have teams with records like 3-20 (two teams) or 2-22? The year has barely started and these "professional" teams are obviously tanking.

Crap on the Sharks all you want, but they are still trying and have improved. These NBA weak sisters will not crack 10 wins this year. For the League and the owners to be taking money from anyone for this dreck is just sad.
