As a kid, I would always draw goalies. For some reason I always liked to draw Mike Liuts mask.

i copied that mask for my floor hockey mask at Fraserview boys and Girls club when we played tuesday nights. I think I traumatized some kids back then lol..... (no it wasnt last week)

i could draw three things well, and only three things.
- a goalie
- Battle Star Galactica Colonial Viper
- a submarine.

terrible at absolutely everything else.

in his school those three things changed to
- Van Halen logo
- Iron Maiden logo
- Judas Priest logo

I think thats why I have a love hate relationship with the canucks downward skate/plate of spaghetti logo ... heartbreaking that it was so difficult to draw as a kid ... almost as frustrating as how shitty the team was
