It was a very promising year. At 8-0 a few idiots were talking un______.
Normally, the Patriots get stronger at the end of the year.
This year it was not to be.
12-4 and playoffs - great year for any other team.
We have a very solid nucleus and can get better.
We are also getting old. Do we reload and do it again? Or do we start dumping old players?
Should be lots of activity this off-season.....

Having just two players over 35 skews the age average in the NFL because most teams have one guy who might be 32.

Brady and Watson are gone. Edelman will be here for 2020 and then he'll call it a career. He's seriously banged up and the bruises won't clear until March.

Well if they want to replace Jules they need to look at Jefferson from LSU that may require their 1st round pick. Or wait and take a chance on a guy late draft an edge WR that can take the top off the D.

Sanu is way overrated.

Harry can't get any real separation IMO put him in the weight room add 15 lbs of muscle and make him a TE.

These three players are 46 yrs beyond 22. On a 50 man team that increase the average by just one, and what team averages 22? My point, these three players create a rounding difference on the team average age.
