There are a bunch of guys contracts that can be reworked (Norman) We could have afforded Talib or another corner.

I'm not that dude that roots against the Skins to be right on a message board, so I truly hope Dunbar and Fabaian hold it down this year.

I remember you saying that skinsdad. I remember you saying A.J. and Bridgwater too. I get the fact that you are mad Kirk is gone. I'm disappointed too. I would just hate to see quality posters like you and gkekoa spend every waking moment and hijack every thread on here reliving the Smith trade. That would be very disappointing for me because both of you bring so much to the table when it comes to points of view. I'd hate to see either of you become so one dimensional.

i am not mad at losing KC , i am mad about the double standard posters here were using . and i have 3 years of evening the record and coming in pointing that out

the trade for smith was uneeded. the qb smith i dont have an issue with

and i have been posting good things on smith and when i have criticized him i have mostly , but not always compared it to what the other guy received in terms of fairness

that isnt going to change until some people admit their biased crap . then i will let it go

when he made good passes vs the broncos in the game thread i gave him credit , when davis ran a short pattern i put davis in the hot seat , not smith who missed the open richardson on the same play

i gave him credit for a good performance against the jets

in fact if the offense stinks it up opening day i have my typing finger aimed at JG , the HC

but make no mistake , i will get my pound of proverbial flesh

The guys I stumped for to replace Fuller have jobs and are performing those jobs much better than Dunbar at this point.

I guess my issue is, Fuller gets traded and I say we have to get get Talib, DRC, or bring back Breeland and all hear is no, Dunbar and Moreau are fine.

Then when they play like hot garbage all preseason, the we should have kept Fuller card gets pulled. That's slick.

well that was the ABC crowd trying to justify the trade . look DRc and talib are stop gaps . BB wanted too much money according to the FO .

dunny and FM will have growing pains . what we need to hope for is in 2019 they are legit

i think we have to let that 14.5 mil roll over or we could have a huge issue in cap space trying to resign the big 3

redoing norman might not happen either

I wonder, since BB is still unsigned, if his asking price goes down to a very affordable level, will there be an attempt to sign him here at all?

So, even if our young guys really struggle, you believe that we'll just have to live through the growing pains with them?

Would you make a serious attempt to get K. Mack?

What if they wanted Kerrigan in a player for player deal? (I know that this is going to start something)

I think the problem with that Sty is KMack would cost a lot more than Kerrigan.

Interesting. After I posted Grant and Danny brought this subject up and Grant had a question …. who had more sacks the past two years, Mack or Kerrigan? The answer is Kerrigan had 2 1/2 more sacks over that time frame. Based on that knowledge I will trade Kerrigan for Mack (at Kerrigans contract) Nick Nelson. :D
