No, they flat out suck. So just wanting to cut or trade a guy means nothing. Not always the answer. Crap shoot on what the next guy does. Ask a Browns fan how this works with QBs and GMs.

I think with all Staffrds flaws he can still lead this team to a deep run. Without a top ranked rush offense and top ranked defense it will never happen though. Romo effect, minimize his chances and he succeeds.

Romo is a much better QB. Not even comparable imo.

But his OC does know how to utilize a guys skill set.

I think Stafford would be just as good as Romo if he had come up in Dallas.

Wasn't comparing the two. I know you are a Romo fan, but if can't say that last year was his best year as a pro and was aided by a great run game and defense full of no names that made plays at the right time. Not sure you have really watched Romo much. Only comparison I can make is both have committed turnovers at the most crucial times in games. Romo had less chances last season.
Truly, so did Matt and it showed. Not the run game so much, but they somehow always ground out the clock late which had never happened before with him.

Tony started off his career with a knack for mistakes at critical moments. But that was a long time ago. He's grown as a player. Cowboys fans who were willing to wait till season 8 found themselves with a excellent QB.

Rod did a great job last year down there. And that line is definitely top notch. But with the season Murray had, I think Romo was held back as much as he was helped. Now the team, the team benefitted greatly from having a dominant run game.

Hate that he got hurt this year. Had him pegged for MvP.

Most people didnt notice how much better he was under Cooter. Hopefully with a full offseason he not only continues this but gets even better.
