It’s hard to know if Meyer followed the guidelines of his contracts if we have no timeline on when Meyer found out about the alleged incident. Those text messages COULD have told us if/when Urban was told about it IF his wife text him about it or if Urban texted the Smith’s about it.

Honestly, none of it really matters. I know Title IX is a joke after the lt said MSU did nothing wrong with regards to Nassar.

Yes but if the IRS comes into your work to do an audit and you are burning all of your papers and computers, pretty sure a red flag or two should be raised.
