The one thing that bothers me about evolution. There was no character evolution (no pun intended) for Orton and Batista to become their Evolution characters. Suddenly Orton goes from a "Viper" type attitude back to his mid 20s cocky arrogant character? Batista goes from the monster animal back to his Jersey Shore roots character?

They didn't even build it up, suddenly these guys ditch their sports attire and come out in suits and have the walk and vibe that they brought 10 years ago. Silly.

They just stud with the program. My problem with Evolution is that there's no future, just the past (HHH) & the present (Orton & Batista), they need someone for the future (#BOlieve?).

Smackdown sounds down right awful. Spoliers in white below:

Cesaro defeated Swagger. Shield then comes down and destroys Swagger.
The Shield attacked 3MB backstage.
The Shield attacked Brad Maddox backstage.
The Shield attacked Fandango on his way down to ring, triple power bombed him off the stage.
The Shield defeated Ryback, Titus, Sandow & ADR in a handicap match with ease.

That's right 5 segments of The Shield. smh

I sometimes watch Smackdown, can give a good prelude to next week's Raw sometimes.

I just feel without the brand split Smackdown is pointless. I would rather NXT air on Friday nights on SyFy.

True, ever since they combined the rosters, Smackdown just feels like an inferior show. I would rather have them show NXT than Smackdown as well.

I don't watch Smackdown. Read the Spoilers and if a segment sounds entertaining I will DVR and fast forward to it (Bad News Barrett, for example). They could make Smackdown better if certain feuds exclusively were played out there, or something like the IC Title #1 contender tournament was only on Smackdown.

As it is, it's truly inferior. It's sad too that it's "only" 2 hours and they still manage to fill it with Fandango v Santino Part 8.
