im sure they will, they did last year too. none of it worked out though and thats what i expect more of.
schneider clearly values S more than he does OL

They were handcuffed last year with the cap space and needed to fill more roster spots than they had money for. They should be in a better spot this year, once they finish their cap moves.

I will be absolutely shocked if Schneider doesn't do several things to address the OL.
He has to cause his job is on the line. He knows a repeat of this crap line he'll be unemployed.

Yeah. He also kinda stepped in it with his comments about the relative value of interior OL. It's one thing to say that you don't value them and then have a competent interior line. It's another to say that and have an atrocious interior line.

It better be on the line, but that also scares me because it could mean stupid moves to save his own ass

People would fire the Oline coach ( BAD MOVE if they did ) before JS would even be looked at. I like our Oline coach, we saw what he has done and did at the UW. He consistently put one of the best lines together in college and I saw growth from the Oline this past season with some of the worst line-ups ( because of injury ) that we have EVER had on the Oline. I think Huff will end up being one of the better hires we have had in a long time because i believe HE CAN take a bad group and turn them into average or above. With a average to good group I think he makes them one of the best on the field. As you can see i have a lot of faith in Scott Huff.

I never understood those comments. Most teams in the playoffs have competent o-lines to very good o-lines. The fact he sees the struggles every single year should now become a fireable offense.

He's out of time with stupid moves. It's now or never to get this line fixed.

I think he can do it but he also needs help from JS to get a couple guys via FA/draft to go along with our other pieces.

I have zero doubts about Scott Huff and his ability to "teach" these guys to be a good Oline. He made it look easy at the UW, no matter who he had on the oline. Yes we need some players a Guard for sure to help him out.
