No. I'm impressed with him because of how skilled he is in playing his character and talking on the mic. He's an old school heel. Then again I highly doubt you understand that.

Some over weight dude playing a bully that in real life can't be a bully is entertaining? He's ok in the ring, not saying he's some scrub but his mic skills are boring to me because he is playing that lame character of being a bully heel when noone in the world would be bullied by him. Him being a Seahawks Rollins style heel makes sense but him playing his character is as believable as Daniel Bryan being Brock Lesnar

They were interviews nimrod, an interviewer like Mean Gene Okerland or Tony Shiavone holding the fucking mic for Ric Flair not these public speaking engagements. See, that kept the train of thought for the wrestler doing the promo.

It's the same thing. A promo is a promo. And you're conviently leaving out all the times Flair or any other old school heel would go out in the ring, grab the house mic, and spend minutes insulting the crowd to gain heat (the most old school heel thing ever). You've dug yourself a hole you can't get out of. That statement you made about old school heels not needing the mic is one of the dumbest things anyone has ever said about wrestling. Just stop. We're all embarrassed for you

But heels like Flair could actually be convincing he sleep with the crowds women, Kevin Owens isn't believable when he acts like he could fight a single member of the audience. Really Kevin Owens could talk shit to a guy like Ryback let alone old school heels cheated to win, Owens two biggest wins in the WWE he won clean against dudes he could only beat in maybe horseshoes

Owens doesn't have a body builder physique but he's ridiculously athletic and agile for his size. I think he's a believable heavyweight

I think Klaw relates because he is also playing a bully. I pretty much thought the evolution of mic skills to wrestling were to compensate for being poor wrestlers. Cant make you hate them by their in ring performance, so they had to find a way. I mean, there is some reason that they kept Owens out of the WWE for over a decade isnt there?

From 1999-2009 Daniel Bryan wasn't in WWE
From 2003-2010 Seth Rollins wasn't in WWE
From 2004-2011 Dean Ambrose was in WWE
From 2000-2014 Finn Balor/Prince Devitt wasn't in WWE
From 2000-2011 Cesaro wasn't in WWE

Lots of guys wait a long time to make it WWE.

That's a position I can understand, not that he is some top worker. Anyone who isn't amazed at his athleticism for his size is nuts, but where that is the only reason to like him like some because they are wowed that a chubby dude doesn't pass out from having a 10 minute match annoys me.

Kevin Owens could eventually be the face of the company but to me he needs to be repackaged, it's hard to take them seriously when if a dude like Kevin Owens trying to bully me I would laugh, him being a dick hole and getting wins like Rollins makes sense, not getting clean wins over guys...that's what a heel does, is a dick and gets the best of people by cheating.

I was really impressed with his Cena matches. I've noticed as a trend a lot of the guys I consider their top workers have their best matches when Cena's involved. The WWE lets them show off their movesets because Cena is their top guy... Rollins does Phoenix splashes, Cesaro does ridiculous power moves.. With Owens he was pulling out piledrivers and suplexes I hadn't seen before (I don't watch much Indy wrestling)..

So to me he's a great athlete with a great moveset. He also has a bit of an anti-hero charisma. Not as much as Stone Cold or CM Punk but more than anyone on the current roster other than Bray. I think he can be a main event guy if he gets the right push

well, owens dropped his belt to Ambrose and HHH did everything he could last night to get the fans behind Roman Reigns after he got screwed by the League of Nations. Sheamus and Roman put on one hell of a match. First punch by Reigns turned Sheamus jaw and cheek beet red, later sheamus to a chair bruise on his back and back of the arm. Alot of what you heard with the ref was asking them to squeeze his hand after going thru the tables and ladders. Roman decimated HHH after he came in to calm Reigns down and the mic's around the ring picked up HHH yelling again, more. Then they went thru the announce table, roman walked up the ramp, two refs were helping HHH walk back and roman ran down the ramp, turned the corner and delivered a devastating spear to HHH and the fans finally went more mixed. The beginning of the match they were yelling lets go cena cena sucks, so being in Boston, you could not expect all the fans to light up, but Roman and HHH did just about everything they could to turn them, HHH knew they needed more, Roman had to go farther.

So Owens gets his rematch the 19th against Ambrose, you figure Lesnar will get a league of nations DQ against ADR, who knows about Roman now. During the massacre, he said he knew he would be fired, last words were everything is gonna change now.

You decide what is bullshit instead of opinion. Thats all, why not just exchange ideas here instead of just telling everyone they are wrong if they do not agree with you? So what I dont like Rollins, dont like Owens because they are really nice people that are just doing their jobs. We either deal with reality, or deal with the fantasy world they are actors in.

All I said was when Flair did it, they were taped interviews backstage with a guy asking them questions, not stand up comics in the ring. So what if I dont like this waste of time talking in the ring, I dont think its necessary. They did not need it in the glory day of wrestling. They cut the promos backstage, got to fix them and shoot them again, now its one take live. Sorry if I would rather watch a wrestling match.

We all can't stand Kevin Owens, right? I mean, doesn't that mean he's doing his job? Maybe he's the Tyson Fury of the WWE, who looks like a doughboy, but takes out ripped opponents with his sheer skill and moxy.

I can't stand Owens because, IMO, his character just isn't believable. Nothing about him seems intimidating. He doesn't have a trait about him that makes him feared.

We will see what happens with Reigns tonight. Theres a chance Trips will come out and say see, I needed more from you and you finally gave it to me, or he will fire him. There is a chance that Reigns can do what Rollins has not done yet, really being a heel that goes up against the baddest heel there in HHH. Trips has not come out with the league of nations, so I dont know if he will direct them to get reigns, seems they are keeping them apart from the authority.

Brock is fighting Saturday, so there is a chance they could "fire" Roman if Brock shows up. Who knows, maybe Heyman will take him to his stable if Brock is out of the WHC mix.

I can exchange ideas but we've just been arguing back and forth because everything you've been saying has been wrong. You're hating on him for reasons that don't exist. He's big. SO WHAT? He does not need a mic to be a great heel, it just helps him. Did you watch him in NXT? His feud with Zayn was great. He turned heel without even needing a mic. All he did was turn on his longtime best friend and beat the shit out of him. And had great matches with him in the process.

I can't stand Owens because, IMO, his character just isn't believable. Nothing about him seems intimidating. He doesn't have a trait about him that makes him feared.
That's your opinion. But I'm here to tell you you're along the vast minority that actually believes that. He has a massive amount of talent. You're saying if he walked up to you and started talking shit, you'd beat his ass? You'd stand up to him and laugh in his face? I highly doubt that. He can fight. Do you hear the things he shouts in the ring? "THAT'S WHY I'M THE CHAMP" and so on. It gets HEAT. He's doing his job. And he's doing it damn well. The ONLY reason he isn't being pushed is because some idiot in the back thinks his size matters. He has a better moveset than the majority of the guys in the back.

Well, for one, they're probably either going to fire him, or put him through hell. That's what I see happening. Rollins was probably going to eventually go against HHH, but WWE never pulled the plug on it. Reigns won't be a heel though. They're trying to push him as the top babyface in the company and get people behind him. Last night was the start of that. They're making him into the badass powerhouse that he was back in the Shield, which is what they've been needing to do for forever now. Make people buy into the fact that he's gonna beat whoever's ass that stands in front of him.

If he walked up to me out of the blue and got in my face, you damn right I'd give it right back to him. The reason I don't consider him a legit heavyweight is the same reason you don't see men of the same build as he in boxing, MMA or UFC.

Correct, I didn't watch NXT, but what does that have to do with this? I didn't watch Reigns in NXT either. Is my opinion that he still isn't ready to be the #1 guy wrong?

time to watch again., Vince is back, told Reigns to apologize, he said no, sheamus came out, said he wanted to beat the apology out of him. Ends up, Title match tonite, Reigns wins or hes fired. I dont think they can afford any more losses now, maybe Rock will show up and keep the league out of the match,

HHH is home healing, so reigns can get the belt then trips will go on trying to get it away from him, ultimately maybe wrestlemania after he drops the belt so cena can get 16 at wrestlemania.
