That is the most dramatic video package for a silver medal I have ever seen...

One of our outside medal hopes St-Gelais fails in the 500m semi. Italian racer made a great block to box her out.

A lot of your best events have come around here in Days 6-8. Your medal chances start drying up after that

Mens and Womens hockey medal games still to come. We blew some of the events we were favored in this year no doubt, but seems like it was a transition olympics for a few of our teams and event strengths. Youth should be ready to pick it up in SK 2018.

Still pleased with Team USA overall, plus a few nice surprises like Mancuso in the combined and us getting our first medal in womens luge ever. :suds:

Yeah US team seems to be in transition in some areas. 25-27 medals would be a great finish at this point for you guys with all the blown medals you mentioned so far. Probably not enough to win the overall but still solid

Wow, both USA and Korea don't advance in 5000m relay. Shocker.

Charles Hamelin's brother screws us in the 5000m relay and the USA as usual gets a charity advancement

Scary incident during bobsled training. A track worker fixing a light at the bottom of the track was hit head on by a fore runner sled sent down before they were finished. Airlifted to hospital.

Jacobs improves to 3-2 with a 7-6 win over Denmark. And I think I saw a bunch of Canadian gals qualify for the 1000m speed skating final. Go :canada: Go!

Nesbitt posted a surprisingly fast time, sits in silver medal position, but a ton of better skaters left to come. This will probably end up: G- Richardson(USA), S- Wust(NED), B- Bowe(USA)

Yeah, I know.....I know way to much about winter sports. Being an Oilers fan drives you to outside interests, what can I say

Well, I got the silver medal winner right. What the hell is happening to the Americans in long track? They look like they are totally baffled by the ice there.

Plushenko skates to judges' panel, withdraws for medical reasons. Holds hands up to acknowledge crowd, skates slowly off. #shocker
