The carjacking idea sounds right to me. They've got the campus blanketed pretty well according to the blotter. If he drove away from campus I'll be very very relieved... if he's caught on the highway instead of cornered in a populated area that would be much much safer.

Pretty sure that is down 81 South right? Would make sense if connected to Radford incident since Radford is a touch further down 81 as well.

yeah would be 81 south but can also get there via several other smaller highways. rt11 etc etc.

Sounds like they're running plates, looking for something red. Just read one and said negative about the name. Sounds like they're either trying to match a victim to a vehicle or vice versa
