Madden 25 Update - I'm in the 2016 season and my Hokieskins project is nearly complete. I finally added the two biggest pieces missing from my defense in the form of Brandon Flowers and Kam Chancellor. Finally had the 1st round picks and other players to wrestle them away from their current teams. Took a lot.

Where this might be interesting to someone other than myself, is my WR Depth chart. I, perhaps like many of you, always think of us being DB or RB U. The only all-Hokie section of my depth chart is WR. See below...

WR -
Josh Morgan
Eddie Royal
Jarrett Boykin
Danny Coale (who is a speed demon and on the waiver wire when you start a franchise)
Corey Fuller

There's no serviceable hokie FS out there, so my secondary has a gaping hole (in between Hall, Flowers and Chancellor), and the only RBs we have in the league are Wilson and Williams. I need a couple of others rushers to fill out the position. But at WR? All Hokie.

Just thought it was interesting that we've put that many WRs out there for a program that is (certainly less so these past few years) supposedly run-first.

Watching the Stanford/Oregon game last night really made me miss what it was like to watch smashmouth, strong defense, pound the rock offense football.

Agreed - having a smothering defense with an offense that controls the clock by pounding the ball with first 3 yard gains, then 5 yard gains then by 4th quarter 8-10 yards gains. The whole time playing sound ST which translates to field advantage. They are the spitting image of VT early 2000s.

I just watched the College Gameday intro song for the first time this year. They added the K.Jarrett hit on the Pitt WR to the clips. ESPN promoting helmet to helmet targeting?

Great Video on the Fullers...CFB and VT Football has been blessed to have all these kids come through this program. They are extremely talented and seem to be good people too.

I can only pray that Washington picks up Kyle in the 2nd round this coming draft. I think he and Kendall will be stars at the next level.

Damn. Surely Journell isn't linked to this?!?!

Interesting. Wasn't Rody one of the players involved in the "Homemade Bomb in tha Dumpster" incident?? Maybe I am jumping to conclusions on this one...but he doesn't seem extremely squared away (mentally) either.
