Foster started his interview by talking about a phone message he got from Dinich after the Marshall game.

I don't know what to say after that. Really, HD? Could my opinion of her fall any lower?

I guess criticizing the VT Offense is well...old news to her and everyone else. Despite the first half vs. Marshall, Lunchpail D is still ranked 5th in total defense (down from 2). Sounds like she poked the bear...hope he told her to shut her freakin' hole.

I am getting the same feeling that there are ALOT of VT haters out there right now criticizing Beamer and the Offense (and to a degree, rightfully so). Hopefully the players and coaches use that as some motivation going forward.

Well, I just turned the channel to CFB Daily on ESPNU....and two of the talking heads named VT/Beamer the most disappointing in college football. Hopefully, we've seen the worst of it. BTW, wonder what these guys think of UVA then?

Didn't see the clip, but at this point how is Texas/Mack Brown not a much bigger disappointment? I guess they didn't see the train wreck we were for much of last year. At least we're still on the tracks for this year. Haters gonna hate.

I don't see how anyone can hold 'The Neck' in such high regard. Also how she is still able to hold an analyst job at Disney is beyond me. All she does is follow other ACC sports writers and link their material to her blog.

I only read Dumbass Dinich's stuff for a good laugh. I too am amazed that she has held this job for so long....she doesn't seem to grasp an overall concept of the game and her interview skills are horrible. That has got to be a minimum wage, part-time job.

Group Tix for VT-UVA - best time to buy??

So question on tickets...do you think its better to go ahead and buy a group of tickets now for the VT-UVA game or should I wait a while? Just curious for it's looking around 85 / ticket for 'OK' seats.

Being the rivalry game..I would think the game still sells out (with of course 1/2 or more people in Scott Stadium being Hokies). Not sure the price would drop that much between now and then, but hey..roll the dice if you want for a little while..you might save yourself a hundred dollars or so on a 6 pack of tickets.

I didn't say it was THAT useful... just the ONLY useful thing she does. I rarely bother to look at her lunchtime links, but I do check every once in a long while, and I can see the less-informed especially finding that useful.

For reference, UVa still has tickets available at $65 (plus whatever fees). While these are upper deck sidelines, there are few bad seats in that stadium.

My last several trips to CVille, I've seen significant numbers of tickets asking face on gameday, mostly upper sideline tickets. I doubt that will change. With that said, I find value in having tickets in hand early.

You realize clicking on the ACC Blog to view those links keeps her job, right? If a writer is getting clicks, their employer will keep them employed so long as they aren't spouting some kind of racist shit or something. That's what I don't get about people a TKP or other Hokie sites that bitch about her. They hate her but still still read her. You're not helping the problem! Just stay away. She is garbage. I haven't read any ACC stuff on ESPN for 2 years or more for that very reason.

Relax. I do stay away for the most part. I hardly think me clicking a link every 3 months is keeping her job. She'd be getting a lot more clicks if she was any good and that disparity does matter.
