She goes to Rwanda, which neighbors Uganda and has a stopover there and says that it is closer to the good side at this place but the trajectory in downward at this stage. If you are asking in reference to Kone, she feels he is a monster. The problem now is redistribution of land up north and the discover of oil which is attracting some gangster like groups. How the oil thing goes down will kind of determine things.
