It's not violent, yet. The LRI has moved on to the Congo and CAR. Right now it is more about gov't corruption. Think "The Wire" season 2 more than season 1. Unless he is on DI though, He may want to check the laws, though. I doubt the inside of a Ugandan prison is a fun place.

BTW, is 2012 the year where Worilds finally gets to see some PT? I was expecting huge things from him.

He played quite a bit in the second half of last season filling in at both OLB spots.

What's the big deal with 'Stadium Woods'? Seems like there is a story on the nightly news about this every week. How do the hokie fans on here feel about it?

Conservation of the trees "behind" Lane Stadium where the new practice facility is proposed. Note that it's only a portion of the trees on the right in the picture below. IMO, there is some merit to the conservation argument, despite the fact that development and human travel through the area has degraded it to a small extent already. I'm hoping the AD proposes a multiplier to already proposed new forest planting and conservation (offsite), and continues in the logical location.

ETA: The picture is alittle old. There is now the Basketball facility where the tennis courts are.

It's probably the same hippies that went ape shit when they tore down the roller hockey (rink?) court to build the new basketball facility.

All of the construction on campus is tasteful, and it's not like SW VA is hurting for more trees or wooded areas anyways.. It's pretty crazy how some of these folks discount the correlation between the success of the football program and the overall success (improvement) of the University in general
