i didnt assume the worst

i said i felt it wasnt a good move at this time because "some " , some, being the key word ":could " could being the key word, would take it as a political publicity stunt which in fact NBC commented on

better to do that when the uproar has toned down

Why wait? What happens if those "Code Talkers" died before the tone calmed down? Is that fair to those who were honored?

It's like trying to shut down a WWII Memorial to those who the Memorial is honoring. If people don't like it...we have to learn to tell them to kiss our perverbial ass.

the honoring part i get GK . i have no issue with it .

but you must be blind death and dumb not to think people will use that as snyder" trying to pull off a propaganda" coup

to me it opened the skins up to that kind of attack .

Why does it matter? People use propaganda against us. That is how wars are won.

To me if you are right on an issue then you dont need to play games and by definition propaganda is not telling the whole truth

when something appears to be a lame attempt to win support and isnt about those heroes then you hurt your cause

Nothing states that propaganda is not truth. Propaganda can simply be media attention.

What's wrong with garnering support on an issue? Isn't that what the other side is doing with the media?

Yes the NAZIs did but propaganda isn't limited to lies.

What if they did not live until next year?

The Supreme Court just ruled that the patent office does not have the right to deny a patent based on the idea that it might be found as disparaging to others as patents are also protected by the first amendment.

For those that arent legal argument savvy, this means in English, Dan gets to keep his patent on the team name and logo. So the change the name folks are likely back to going for the mass guilt approach in order to get the name changed, because getting the trademark revoked was likely the only way to legally force the team name change.
