I am sure you are aware that Caldwell was that knucklehead who took out his starters the year Manning and the Colts were undefeated to rest them for the playoffs denying Manning and the Colts the best possibility for challenging the Dolphins undefeated season. I don't think Manning has ever forgiven Caldwell for that move. I hope Caldwell has learned from that incident but I wouldn't be surprised if any of the fans trusts him on that and other coaching matters.

So after waiting weeks to find out who the new coach will be -- We hire the guy who was going to be fired as Offensive Coordinator of the Baltimore Ravens, who will be bringing with him as OC and DC, two guys who have never held those positions.

ONLY THE FUCKING LIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an absolute embarrassment.

The positive we can take from this is -- after the Lions fire Caldwell in a couple years, the NFL won't be able to say the Lions aren't a proponent of the Rooney Rule. We just hired our token interview as the Head Coach.
