Under the new CBA, a diluted test won't go down as the same thing as a positive test, as in years past. So, Baun will not go into the program and have his first strike against him. It shouldn't affect his draft position too much. I think I read that on Scheff's tweeter page.

Well Harris’s old agent told him to turn down a deal during the season that was worth way more than what his new agent got him in the off-season. Sounds like Harris screwed up here.
