Two biggest needs for the Seahawks are LG (don't have one on the roster) and a X WR IMO. Most every draft has a plethora of WR and feel you can draft one at pick 50 or 52 and get a quality X WR. That's not the case for a LG as they just aren't many quality IOL in drafts and the best candidates get taken by mid to early 2nd round. OL was ranked 31st last year drafting a JAG or two isn't going to do much to improve it much, if at all. The JS syndrome is waiting on IOL and the results have been bad and in fact getting worse. Here how the Seahawks OL been ranked under JS:

At some point (like this year) you would think JS would try something different. I feel like at the end of the season folks know the OL needs to be addressed, but as they study players they get crushes on players and start rationalizing waiting on IOL. It hasn't worked because unlike RBs or WRs their just isn't many quality OL in drafts and IOL there are even fewer sure fire starters. Yeah there are exceptions that are found late in drafts but that's like 1 in 20.
