Depends what help we need on defense.

The problem here is the needs (OL) out weigh BPA.

Then they should seek other paths to fix the line like FA or a trade.

If there are no 1st round grade linemen when they draft they should trade down or pick a different position. Of course we all know that the OL needs to be addressed but drafting lesser value players is a pathway to mediocrity.

Probably not because I don't think we have enough of a need at TE to justify the move given how Barner played.

Of course I say this without knowing what moves they will make in FA.

If our new OC likes to use the TE and they dump Fant and Brown then sure. I like the growth i saw from Barner though. He really showed to me at least that he might become something special. He made a lot of mistakes this year ( Penalties and such ) but he was a rookie. Still he plays with an attitude and I loved it.

Other first round prospects. Definitely no reaches as we've seen the FO do that a few too many times.

I think JS will have no choice but to upgrade the o-line with a FA or 2 plus the draft. His job is on the line and he misses the playoffs for a third straight year it could be axe time.

IF he falls than all of our O/D-lines prospects are gone. If day 1 WRs are gone and he's BPA than take him. Gut feeling he'll be off the board say Colts before he reaches us.

After what Bowers did yeah he will be gone as every other team looks for that production ( not every team every "other" team ). Bowers was a stud and it sucks ass that the Raiders got him.

Hawks havent used TE much for some time now and i wish they would. It is maddening how our OC's just dont have plays in for TE except just basic shit. A productive TE just takes your offense to another level.

He was not particularly good, no. And he seems like a divisive figure on the team.

Thats not why i brought him up but now that you said that a 93 rating and a 90 rating isnt that big a difference :O , Me and a friend were talking and I was explaining how bad both New York teams are. He was saying Rogers year wasnt as bad as it looked, I have to admit i didnt watch but one game of the Jets this year but I did not agree with him. So i went back today and watched some of his games and he looked like he didnt even want to be on the field to me. He didn't even look like he cared one way or the other and it sure felt like he was out there for a pay check and thats it.

I bring this up because some talking heads said " Rogers to Seattle???" i about puked. My friend must have been high or on drugs if you ask me HAHA I always find it strange when someone brings something up. Then like a day later you hear people talking about it. It's like when you are thinking about something then for the next two days you see it EVERYWHERE! And i dont mean common things that normally are "everywhere". Broken matrix type shit LMAO!
